This one seems to be a viewer favourite on my flickr site. I still think timing is important when it comes to outdoors photography.

The season, time of day and weather all need to be in harmony for a shot in a location like this. Interestingly there were a lot of photography nuts around the lake that morning but we all managed to keep out of each others hair.

I was told later there was a landscape masterclass being run that weekend. And no I wasn't feeling intimidated because I was very happy with the photos I got that morning!
